Grapefruit Swoon
Ingredients:
- 2 oz White Rum
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Angostura Bitters
- Mint
- Grapefruit
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain and add a few dashes of bitters. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and mint leaf.
