Vena's Seaweed Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 dashes Bitters
- .5 oz Seltzer
- .5 oz Vodka
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
Directions:
First make the Shrub by heating sugar, water, vinegar and sugar kelp to hot (do not boil). Steep 10-15 minutes. Cool & strain into a glass. Add shrub, bitters, lemon juice and seltzer to glass. Top with a splash of your favorite vodka. Add ice, stir, garnish with lemon wheel. Enjoy!
