

Trader Vic's Mai Tai
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Plantation Xaymaca Special Dry Rum
- 0.25 oz Orgeat
- 0.25 oz Demerara Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
*For Rich Demerara Syrup:
Heat 2 cup demerara (or any other raw sugar, such as turbinado sugar) and 1 cup water in a saucepan. Let cool and bottle.
