SPICY PALOMA
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Creyente Mezcal
- 1-2 slices Jalapeno
- 1 part Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 part Lime Juice
- 1/4 part Agave Nectar
- 1 part Club Soda
Directions:
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle jalapeno. Add mescal, grapefruit, lime, and agave syrup. Add a couple of ice cubes and shake briefly. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Add club soda and stir gently to incorporate. Garnish with a jalapeno ring or lime wedge.
