Queens Park Swizzle
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Angostura White Oak Rum
- 1 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 6 - 8 Mint
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Method: Place mint leaves into palm of your hands gently slap it then add it to your glass, add lime juice then sugar syrup. ¾ fill glass with crushed ice add rum then swizzle mix well. Add Angostura aromatic bitters and top up glass with more crushed ice.
Garnish with mint sprig. Served with long straws.
