The Pink Lady
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 0.5 oz Grenadine Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Directions:
1. Dry shake (without ice) the ingredients for 30 seconds to fully integrate the egg white with the rest of the ingredients.
2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
3. Use a fine mesh strainer to double-strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
