

Peppermint Mocha Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 oz Kahlua
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 TBSP Mint Tea
- 0.5 TBSP Sugar
- 0.25 TBSP Cocoa Powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream
- Candy Cane
Directions:
1. Add 2 cups of milk to a saucepan and bring to a simmer
2. Steep loose leaf tea or tea bags in the hot milk for 4 minutes
3. Mix in the sugar, cocoa powder and salt; stir
4. Pour milk mixture into two cups and add one oz each of Kahlua and Baileys to each drink
5. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a candy cane
