Pearsuation
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Hendrick's Gin
- 0.75 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Monin Pear Syrup
- 3 Thyme
- 1.5 oz Club Soda
Directions:
Shake all ingredients except soda. Strain into rocks glass. Top with soda. Garnish with candied pear.
