One in a Melon
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 oz. Citron Vodka
- 3 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Honeydew Melon
- 3 cups Ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth; this can be served right away, or stored in the freezer for a ready-made frozen cocktail.
