The Needham Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Cold River Vodka
- 1 oz Coconut Milk
- 0.5 oz Chocolate Liqueur
- Coconut Flakes
Directions:
1. Dip a pasty brush (or paper towel) in measuring cup with coconut milk, and brush the rim of the martini glass. Dip the glass in coconut flakes to coat.
2. Mix the vodka, coconut milk and chocolate liqueur in a shaker, and shake over ice.
3. Strain the ingredients into the martini glass with the coconut rim garnish. Enjoy!
