The Leaf Peeper
Ingredients:
- 2oz Dark Rum
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- .5oz Maple Syrup
- 3 Small Pieces Ginger
Directions:
Preparation: Combine Rum and Ginger and muddle together in a shaker. Then add the lemon juice and maple syrup and shake all ingredients vigorously. Strain over fresh ice.
Garnish: Lemon wedge and candied ginger
