Kentucky Joe
Ingredients:
- 1 Part Jim Beam Original
- 0.5 Part Coffee Liqueur (Galliano Ristretto)
- 0.5 Part Pineapple Juice
- 3 Parts Ginger Beer
- 2 Lime
- 1 Mint
Directions:
Squeeze lime wedges into glass and drop in. Measure and pour in Jim Beam, Ristretto and pineapple juice. Fill glass completely with ice. Top with ginger beer, garnish and serve.
