Japanese Mule
Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ oz. Etsu Japanese Gin
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- Lime
- Ginger Beer
- Mint
- Cucumber
Directions:
Mix gin, lime juice, mint leaves, and simple syrup together with ice. Strain over ice in a copper mug. Top off with the ginger beer and add lime, mint and cucumber garnish. Enjoy!
