Ice a 12oz frozen collins glass to the top, optionally add 1 dash of Gary Reagan's Orange Bitters No 6, add Jagermeister, squeeze the oil of an orange peel, top with Perrier Sparkling Water to the top, squeeze a second peel over the top, stir to combine and garnish with a peel.
