Irish Maid
Ingredients:
- 2 slices .25 inch Cucumber
- 2 oz Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
- 0.5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
Directions:
In a shaker, muddle the cucumber slices.
Add remaining ingredients and fill shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously, and fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
