Honey Julep
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Irish Honey Syrup
- 8-10 Mint
Directions:
Mix one part honey with one part boiling water.
Lightly press and roll mint leaves along a derby glass.
Half fill glass with crushed ice and pour in half the liquid.
Place more crushed ice on top and pour in remaining liquid.
Garnish with mint sprig.
