

Golden Groom
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Goslings Gold Seal Rum
- 5 slices Pineapple
- 10 Mint
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Combier Peche Liqueur
Directions:
1. Muddle pineapple and a cocktail shaker.
2. Add rest of the ingredients, and 1 cup crushed ice and shake.
3. Double strain into a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with mint.
