Fabrizia Watermelon Blood Orange Sgoppino
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Fabrizia Blood Orangecello
- 1 Cup Ice
- 24 oz Italian Ice
- 8 oz Seltzer
Directions:
Makes 2 drinks
In blender, combine:
6 fl oz (3/4c) Blood Orange Liquere by @fabrizia_limoncello
1 heaping cup ice
BLEND for 5-10 seconds to incorporate ice, then add:
2 containers (12oz) Watermelon Italian Ice by @luigisrealitalianice
8 fl oz (1c) seltzer, chilled
BLEND for 3-5 seconds, just until all ingredients are well-incorporated.
POUR into glass and GARNISH with fresh mint, if desired. SERVE with a straw.
