

Eternal Flame
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Almond Syrup
- 8 ounces Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .25 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 Lime
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- .5 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 Sugar
Directions:
Drink Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Toast the almonds for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. Place almonds in a beaker and cover with the Jamaican rum, leave overnight.
Combine 1 oz of infused Jamaican rum, with the 1 oz dark rum, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and lime juice in a shaker with ice and shake until mixture is nicely chilled. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Float the bitters on top of the drink. Place the empty lime shell with a sugar cube on top of the drink. Pour the chartreuse into the lime shell and light on fire with a lighter. Enjoy
