The Dispersion Diversion
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Tom Cat Gin
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 Each Pineapple Juice
- Garnish Strawberries
Directions:
In a shaker filled with ice, add Tom Cat, Sweet Vermouth, and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe, add fresh strawberry. Vigorously shake pineapple juice until it foams on top. Spoon off foam and delicately place on the surface of this drink.
