Deluxe Mojito
Ingredients:
- 2.5 Parts Cruzan Estate Diamond Light Rum
- 0.5 Lime
- 7 - 10 Mint
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Part Soda Water
- Honey Syrup
- Bitters
Directions:
Lightly muddle Mint with Honey Syrup and Lime in a pint glass. Add Rums, Bitters and Ice. Lightly shake. Top with Soda Water and a bouquet of Mint for garnish.
