Cherry Sidecar
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Cherry Brandy
- .5 oz Orange Liqueur
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and shake, then strain into glass, garnish with a cherry
*Cherry Infused Brandy or Cognac:
Combine .5 cup of dried cherry with a bottle of Brandy or Cognac and let rest for 3-4 days, then strain cherries and save for boozy cherry garnish
