Bright Eyed Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Zacapa Rum
- 2 oz Seltzer
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey
- 0.25 oz Ginger Extract
- 0.25 tsp Cardamom
- 0.25 tsp Turmeric
Directions:
Combine ingredients, except the sparkling water in a cocktail shaker.
Shake well.
Strain contents into highball glass over ice.
Top with sparkling water.
