Blueberry & Rum Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Vanilla Bean
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Black Tea
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
Directions:
Place the sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat, add tea and steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain, return to the stove and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, muddle blueberries in a tea cup and add the rum. Add tea mixture into the muddled berries cup and enjoy!
