RACK IV SAISON

Rack IV is the rack where we store all of our small batch projects. The Saison is the first release under this label and is a collaboration with our good friends over at Allagash Brewing Co. We begin by distilling Allagash Saison in our direct fired pot stills and mature the spirit for over 2 years in new American white oak barrels. The resulting spirit is very bright and complex with notes of orange flower, brandy and whiskey and a distinct saison yeast character.
