St. Patrick's Day Cocktail Guide
St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner! People all around the world celebrate in lots of fun ways with big family gatherings, food, anything green, and some of you crazy southern Maine folks might even be going for a swim in the ocean!
We know the drink list should include more than Guinness, so we put together a great cocktail list for your St. Patrick's Day celebration!
2 Gingers Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz 2 Gingers Whiskey
- 3 oz Coffee
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- Whipped Cream
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a heat proof mug and top with whipped cream.
West Cork Irish Union
Directions:
Place all ingredients into an
iced mixing glass and stir.
Strain into a rocks filled glass.
Gaelic Flip
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 tsp Allspice Liqueur
- 1/3 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg
- Garnish Nutmeg
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify.
2. Fill with ice and shake again.
3. Strain into an Irish coffee mug or rocks glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
ChocoLat Irishman
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Chocolat Liqeur
- 1 oz Vodka
- 0.5 oz Irish Cream
- Chocolate Syrup
Directions:
Shake and strain over ice.
Garnish with Chocolate syrup.
West Cork Luck of the Irish
Ingredients:
- 1 oz West Cork Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Green Chartreuse
Directions:
Stir with ice until chilled
Strain over ice.
Garnish with a cherry.
Green River
Ingredients:
- 2 Parts Hornitos Plata
- 0.66 Part Green Chartreuse
- 1 Part Lime Juice
- Lime
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
