Toil and Trouble
Ingredients:
- 2oz Brandy
- 0.75oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 0.5oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Blackberry Jam
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Preparation: combine ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and shake hard, then strain into a rocks glass and top with crushed ice.
Garnish: Toasted cinnamon sticks (Toast cinnamon sticks with torch or over stove until they begin to smolder) and a few blackberries.
*Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
3 Cinnamon Sticks
2 c. Water
1.5 c. Sugar
Preparation: Combine cinnamon sticks and water in a small saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, then remove cinnamon sticks and add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and then cool.
Midnight Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Planteray OFTD Overproof Dark Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Demerara Syrup

Ingredients:
- .75 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- .75 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- .75 oz Chartreuse
- .75 oz Lime Juice
Death in the Afternoon
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Grande Absente
- 4.5 oz Champagne
Night Eyes
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Silver Tequila
- .75 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- .25 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .25 oz Ginger Syrup
- For Garnish Sugar
- For Garnish Lime
Directions:
Rim a rocks glass with black decorated sugar. Combine Tequila, Midori Melon Liqueur, Elderflower Liqueur, Lime Juice, and Ginger Syrup in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into the rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
*Ginger Syrup
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Ginger Juice
1/2 cup Water
Combine Sugar, Ginger Syrup, and Water in a small saucepan over low heat. Simmer until all sugar dissolves. Allow to cool.
Corpse Reviver
Ingredients:
- 1oz Gin
- 1oz Cointreau
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 1oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2tsp Absinthe
Vampire’s Kiss Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Chambord
- .5 oz Cranberry Juice
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Grenadine
- Garnish Sugar
Directions:
Prepare the rim: Place granulated sugar in a single layer on one plate. On another plate, add some grenadine. Spin the rim of the glass in the grenadine until it coats the entire rim. Then dip the glass rim into the plate with the sugar to coat it.
Make the drink: Add the vodka, Chambord, unsweetened cranberry juice, lemon juice, and grenadine to a cocktail shaker. Add 2 handfuls regular ice cubes and shake until cold. Strain the drink into the prepared glass.
