As the nights turn frostier and we resign ourselves to turning the heat on or carrying in a bundle of firewood a few times a day, we start switching up our go-to recipes for flavors that match the season. With a bright dash of cranberry and some warm spices, cider and chai flavors to cozy things up, we love every one of these delicious cocktails, hand-picked for making the most of these chilly nights of late fall.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Quickly shake gin, vermouth, bitter liqueur, grapefruit juice and a small pinch of sea salt. Strain in Collins glass over ice and soda water. Add another small pinch of sea salt. Garnish with a long grapefruit peel.

Old Fashioned Whiskey Cocktail

Old Fashioned Whiskey Cocktail

Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Add 1 tsp simple syrup to a rocks glass, stir with 2 dashes bitters (or more to taste).
2. Add 1 oz of whiskey, then stir again.
3. Add two large cracked ice cubes, stir, then add the remaining whiskey.
4. Garnish with an orange peel dropped into the glass in desired.

Cinnamon Chai Martini

Cinnamon Chai Martini

Ingredients:

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice, except cinnamon sugar. Create a cinnamon rim. Strain shaker into martini glass. Top with cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
