Mixed Berry Mule

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 3 oz Ginger Beer
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Lime
  • 8 Mint
  • 6 Raspberries
  • 2 Strawberries

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the mint leaves, raspberries, strawberries, and honey. Add the lime juice, vodka and ice and shake until chilled. Add the ginger beer to the shaker, stir to combine, and pour into the glass.

Garnish with mint leaves and berries.

Cucumber Basil Martini

(Makes 1 Pitcher)

Add all ingredients in a pitcher and muddle aggressively until cucumber and basil are broken up. Then, double strain the whole mixture. Add ice to the pitcher. Pour strained mixture into martini glasses and garnish with a basil leaf and a lime wheel or a slice of cucumber.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a few dried chamomile buds.

*For the Honey/Mint Syrup brew a strong cup of herbal mint tea, two bags of Tazo brand herbal mint to 8 oz. of water are recommended, and combine with an equal amount of raw honey.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 thin slices of fresh cucumber and 2 sprigs cilantro. Add the vodka, elderflower liqueur, agave nectar and lime juice. Shake and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda water or ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro wrapped with a thin slice of fresh cucumber.
